Guided Self-development Training Programmes

for success in career and life

The corporate world needs people not only with good academic background, but also with high degree of personal effectiveness. However, most college students and young jobseekers do not get an opportunity to develop the required degree of personal effectiveness. The reasons for this vary from ignorance to incompetence at the levels of the individual, parents and educational institutions apart from the apathy of superiors in organisations.

The guided self-development training programmes Corporate Bridge (for college students and fresh jobseekers) and Corporate Ladder (for young working people) are designed to provide improved self-awareness and self-dependence to participants, with which they can build successful corporate careers and personal effectiveness.

Introduction to Corporate Bridge and Corporate Ladder

In the journey of life, if one can have a lasting asset that is the ability to deal with life’s events independently, while remaining a part of the world around. Experience has proved that simple academic abilities alone are in no position to grant this ability to people. If academic abilities are not balanced with personal effectiveness, the individual’s progress in life gets hampered. There had hardly been any attempt world over to view personal effectiveness as a major ingredient in life’s success until recently. Times have changed. People now realise that the right balance between academics and personal attributes is the only meaningful way to move ahead in life.

Corporate Bridge and Corporate Ladder Guided Self-development Training Programmes have been designed to help participants to discover a more capable and confident person in themselves.
